Broker

William C. St. Laurent is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida. In 1982, William worked as a sales associate with St. Laurent Realty, Inc. focused on the industrial and commercial leasing markets in Seminole County. Since that time, William has developed industrial and commercial properties in central and north Florida including the Longwood Village Business Center, Parkway Village Business Center and Cypress Mill Development as well as advising clients on residential and commercial properties all over  Florida.

Associate Broker

Georges C. St. Laurent, Jr. is a licensed Real Estate Broker/Associate in Florida, where he has been licensed since 1970. Georges founded St. Laurent Realty, Inc. in 1976 in order to serve the growing retail, commercial and industrial needs in Central Florida. Mr. St. Laurent pioneered development in Longwood with projects such as Florida Central Commerce Park, Longwood Village Shopping Center and 434 Center.

Associate & Property Manager

Beth Ann Stevens is a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida, where she has been licensed since 1988. During the 22 years that she has been with St. Laurent Realty, Inc. she has overseen the sales and leasing efforts on numerous large projects in retail, commercial and industrial. Ms. Stevens currently manages a portfolio of 250,000 square feet of property in Florida, as well as 250 acres of land for development.
